Question:
I have a freightliner sport chassis 2007, I have a gooseneck ball that is welded in on a 1/2 inch plate. The ball is 4 5/16 high from the deck. Is there any way to find out what the inside height of this hitch is set on the highest setting? Want to see if I can clear the gooseneck ball without having to cut it off, thankyou for all your help!.

While I don't have the exact dimension I can tell you that if your ball is 4-5/16 inches above your flat bed surface the Low Profile Reese Fifth Wheel hitch part # RP30054 would sit too low. You'd have to remove it for this hitch to fit. This hitch has a center section that is just an inch or so above the mounting surface.
