I found a used tow master 5000 towing hitch and wanting to make sure it will fit my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee

What I think you are asking about is the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar, # RM-501 which is not a vehicle specific tow bar. To put the used item that you reference to use on your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee you will still need to install base plates on your vehicle to be towed. I recommend the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit, # RM-521440-4.
