Sleeve Washer for Fulton Swivel Jack to Prevent it From Leaning

Question:
My tongue jack wobbles and leans out away from the trailer. I found the sleeve washer has broken about half of the washer lip off. Will a new repair kit F0933325S00 correct the lean ?

If the swivel jack you have is a Fulton the sleeve washer that comes with the part # F0933325S00 that you referenced would replace what you have and would prevent your jack from leaning like you mentioned.
