Do the 15903 mounting plates have the same dimensions as those shown in your bracket kitfoot photo for P/N 4916?

The mounting plates included with the Curt Class V Universal Weld-On Receiver # 15903 you were looking at are slightly different that the 16" Weld-On Bracket Kit # 4916 you mentioned.
Our warehouse measured the # 15903 brackets and they measure 18-1/2" long x 9-3/8" wide overall, 16-1/2" from the bottom of the bracket to the top of the lower notched area, and 11-3/4" from the top of the crosstube hole to the top of the lower notched area as shown in the included diagrams.
