What I think you are asking is how to get reception from your TV while using an antenna instead of a cable connection on your Jensen LED RV TV, # JEN44FR. Your first step is to connect to source for reception be it antenna or cable connection. Then ensure the input for the tv is set to "TV". Done by selecting source on the remote. Then you will need to run a channel scan. Select menu on the remote, use the right arrow on the remote to highlight “Channel” and press enter to select it. Arrow down to “Air/Cable” and select the option you need. Since you state you want to use an antenna, select "Air", run channel scan.

I’ve ran channel scan and then I get a prompt to please run channel scan. Does that mean no channels available in this location?
