Why Won't B and W Patriot Slider Hitch Fit Reese Ford OEM Rail Kit Adapter

I have a 2019 F350 with the OEM 5th wheel puck system and I have a Patriot 18k model RVK3270. Is this rail adapter compatible?

There isn't a Ford OEM fifth wheel rail kit adapter that works with the B and W Patriot Hitch part # BWRVK3270 and that is because your hitch normally uses the widest rail slots and these adapters only have the middle and inner slots.
Your best option would be to go with the B and W Companion slider hitch that fits directly to your rail kit which would be part # BWRVK3370.
