Rail Kit Adapter to for Pullrite ISR Fifth Wheel Hitch and 2019 Ford F-450 with OEM Pucks

Updated 12/25/2025 | Published 12/23/2025

Question:

I am trying to match up a 2019 f450 oem pick system to my pullrite superlite ISR rail hitch. Would this adapter fit both the F450 and my existing hitch? The weight ratings line up, I just want to be sure the slots line up. Thanks!

Hey Keith, yes the Reese Ford puck adapter part # RP30156 that you referenced is what you would need. This fits the OEM pucks of your 2019 Ford F-450 and also provides the type of rails that your Pullrite ISR hitch is designed to fit so it work perfectly for you. How do you like the Pullrite hitch?

I am in love with the hitch. Easy in, easy out. Time for a switch in truck though. Any idea what the height difference will be from the bed to the top of this adapter vs the bed to the top of ISR rails? Just wondering what to expect. Thanks!

@Keith I have a 2021 F250 and the adapter sits about 3 1/4 inches above the top of the ribbed truck bed. I measured from the top part of rib and not the valley. When I put my hitch on it, I dropped the head on hitch 2 inches. That gave me the proper clearance for turning and not hitting top of truck box. This measure for me kept my trailer nice and level. You may need to go up down more soon fifth wheel head for your needs. But the numbers I used gave me the proper clearance for truck box sides. I think that clearance recommended is like 5-6 inches. But just check your instructions for fifth wheel.
