The B&W Patriot # BWRVK3270 that you referenced in your question will fit the Reese bed rails that you have in your 2003 Ford F-250.

It will also fit with both the 2016 and the 2017 versions of the Ford F-250. If the truck that you end up purchasing has the factory prep package, then you will need to get some above bed rails that fit the factory tow package. Otherwise you will need to buy and install bed rails. Not all rails install the exact same way, but all industry standard rails have the same locations for 5th wheel hitches to install on. So this hitch will work with bed rails.

The Reese Elite Series Adapter Bar # RP30156 is what you will need to install the B&W Patriot in either the 2016 or the 2017 Ford F-250 if it comes with the factory tow package.

If the truck you purchase doesn't have the factory tow package, you will need the Custom Base Rails # RP50026-58 for the 2016 F-250, or the Custom Base Rails # RP50074-58 for the 2017 F-250.
