Question:
I am looking for a 13-1/2 x 13-1/2, 16x16, 1.5 lip garnish for an RV roof van. It is a 2009 Ford E250 Magestic. Do you have this size? Thank you!

it sounds like you are looking for the Ceiling Garnish for MaxxAir Maxxfan RV Roof Vent - White # MA54FR which fits 13-1/2" x 13-1/2" cutouts, and will be right at 16" x 16" from outside of flange to outside of flange.
This garnish is a trim to fit, so it will fit any roof thickness. You will just trim it as necessary to get the tight, great fit you are looking for.
Since ceiling garnishes are pretty much universal you should have no issues installing the # MA54FR in your 2009 Ford E-250 Majestic, but if you can send me the model number of your roof vent I would be happy to recommend the exact garnish for your roof vent.
I included a video of the # MA54FR for you to take a look at.
