I am interested in purchasing frame mounted tie-downsfront for an F250, 8 foot bed, super duty truck that has a side step see photo. When i these parameters on the Torklift website it pulls up item # TLD2140 however there is a warning note on the product page stating not confirmed to fitinch an F250 with above specs. Please advise about where front tie-downs can be purchased for this type of truck.

Based on the supplied image it does not appear that you have a running board under the bed. If you did it would extend nearly to the rear tire.
For a 2013 Ford F-250 without a running board under the bed, and with a factory hitch, the best camper tie-downs would be the TorkLift # TLF2016 (front) and # TLF3006 (rear) tie-downs. You will also want the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles part # TLS9522-2-LK.
