How to u get it to stop flashing and set it at 5

To change the settings on the Everchill RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer Item # 324-000119 you'll need to press the set button to move from 1 - 5. Since you're having issues you will need to reset the fridge first. Unplug it from the outlet for 5 minutes and then plug it back in and then you should be able to set the temperature.
