Thanks for sending the photo of your axle tag, that made everything super-easy.
The spindles on your Dexter # 11 5K axle use an LM67048 outer/25580 inner wheel bearing and a 10-36 grease seal. We offer the inner/ outer bearings and races as well as a double lip grease seal in a kit as part
# BK3-300.
