I have lost the coverinch for the top bracket on my lend-a-hand handle, exposing the bolt/spring etc. Does this kit contain the bracket cover? Many, many thanks.

The Replacement Hardware Kit for Stromberg Carlson Lend-A-Hand and Mini Lend-A-Hand Grab Handles for RVs # 1091 does come with 2 brackets and the mounting hardware, so I do believe it comes with the parts you're looking for.
