Will this fit on my Expedition with factory rails? What else would be needed to make this work.

We have a platform rack for you but the Rhino Rack platform is not one that will work. I do have a Yakima platform # Y05045 that will work for your 2018 Ford Expedition. You just need this adapter # Y05042-2 and these towers # Y33TR. This will add about 4-3/4 inches from your roof to the top of the platform. It will add less height to your side rails so it is rather low profile.
This rack is the same as the rhino rack but just Yakima. I've included a video for you to watch so be sure to check that out!
