Question:
will a 4 step work on a 34inch height. My wife does not like the first step to be high off the ground. I believe the 3 step unit will be higher off the ground than the 4 step. Thanks for your help

The Triple Step, SolidStep Manual Fold-Down Steps for 25" to 28-7/8" RV Door Frames, # LC791572 is for an entry height of 27" - 36" so yes this would fit your 34" height. However, the # LC791574 Quad Step model is for 35" to 44" so you are right on the edge with that one inch mark. I think you may be alright with quad if you draw the extendable legs all the way in. Please view the attached product review and installation videos to help you decide. And may I suggest you consider the Lippert Entry Assist Handrail for SolidStep, # LC799640 too.
