It sure does; weight distribution shanks are by and large universal, so long as they have the correct bolt hole diameter of 3/4" and spacing of 1-1/4", which the Reese shank you asked about does:

Because it has the correct dimensions, it will absolutely work with your Equal-i-zer weight distribution hitch.
