will this work with 2021 Ram 1500 crewcab 5.7 V8 Hemi? If so, are there any other parts I need? I have a factory installed 7 pin wire harness at rear bumper.

Yes the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR and the Redarc Plug-and-Play Wiring Harness # 331-TPH-020 are the correct parts for your 2021 Ram 1500. You should not need any other parts for this to operate unless fuses were left out from the factory.
Be aware that the connection point for the wiring harness is behind the center of the dashboard near where the factory harness will install.
To test this brake controller you will need a trailer to connect to, otherwise you can put a 21 watt light bulb between the ground and brake controller signal pins on the trucks 7way to test the operation. These are the bottom 2 pins of your 7-way.
