How Do Tabs on Lippert LC178653 Landing Gear Leg Fit in Clips Welded onto 5th Wheel Frame

Question:

In replacing the lead leg do the tab on the leg fit the camper tabs ... A. Inside/inside between B. Top Outside/bottom inside C. Top inside/bottom outside It seems mine will not fit as easily as described in the previous answers.

That's a great question.

The jacks sit in the 5th wheel frame mounted clips so that the tab on the upper end of the jack leg sits under the clip, and the tab on the lower end sits above the clip, as shown in the diagram on the right-hand side of the photo I provided.

The Lippert # LC178653 replacement lead leg has three tabs on it, and the spacing of the tabs is also shown in the photo.
