How to remove the wooden trim to get to the screws holding the fireplace?

Expert Reply:
To remove the trim frame from the Greystone 324-000065 (DISCONTINUED) electric fireplace you lift up on the trim from the top of the frame. If you take a look at the video I have linked below, at the 2:49 minute mark, they show you where to pull up at.
If you need a replacement remote control you can use the Furrion # FR34FR Unismart remote.
