Which Curt Brake Controller Install Harness for 2017 Nissan Titan
Question:
I have a 2017 Nissan Titan S with the factory 7 pin rear plug. I purchased a Curt brake controller #51110 Venturer I also got the Curt wiring harness #51383. When I tried to install it yesterday, I found the port under the dash but when I tried to plug it in it would not slide in. When looking at the harness wire plug that I got the pins look to be wider than the slots in the plug under the dash. I looked on the Curt website and it shows both a 51383 and 51382 and they say both will fit all Titans. In the package for the 51383 it shows 2004-2015 Titans and 2016 Titan XD so what it state on the website and whats on the package does not match. I have attached a few pics showing how narrow the slots are under the dash and the width of the pins on the controller harness. Thanks for your help

The correct Curt brake controller install harness for your 2017 Nissan Titan S is the part # C51382 which explains why the # C51383 is not working for your truck.
