2015 mitsubishi mirage with 5 speed manual trans. Can I flat tow it?

A 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage with a manual transmission can indeed be flat towed with the transmission in neutral.
For starters, you'll need a base plate, # BX2002 from Blue Ox. For a tow bar, use the Blue Ox Alpha2, part
# BX7380. To wire the taillights, I'd recommend a bulb and socket kit like # RM-152-LED-7 which allows the wiring to remain independent of the vehicles taillight wiring system. It's like using a magnetic mounted tow light set that you'll only need to install once, without having all the wires flapping around while you're towing.
For a supplemental braking system, I like the convenience of a portable system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR which won't require a time consuming, expensive installation and would allow you to move the braking system from vehicle to vehicle if needed at some point in the future.
Assuming your Mirage is at factory ride height, the base plates will sit at 15 inches above the pavement once installed. If this height is more than 3 inches higher or lower than the receiver height of the motorhome, you'll also need a high/low adapter to bring it within that range. I'll link to an article that explains how to measure for an adapter, plus a listing of our available adapters.

Well then why does no one sell a base plate for the car with 5 speed manual? I am looking for a Roadmaster.
