How can I change the four digit combination? Can I get an operations manual?

I attached a link to the instructions for Global Link Ultra E Pro Electronic Lock for Travel Trailer w Keyed Alike Option - Black - Right Hand # 295-000183. You can see on the instruction page that it says the following:
1. Press and hold the 9-0 key for 3 seconds until the lock beeps twice.
2. Enter the factory default code or the current user code. Two beeps indicate a correct code.
3. Enter the new code. Three varied beeps indicate a new code was entered.
4. Enter the new code again to confirm. Three varied beeps indicate success.

The 9-0 button of our global link ultra E lock, will not respond when pressed. I’m wondering if there’s another way to change the code? The 9-0 is in the code to open the door. Kind regards, Cheryl

@Cheryl Holding down the 0 and 9 keys are the only way to reset the code. Do you still have the manual key? I would open it manually and replace the battery since your issue is almost always caused by bad battery. It uses C123A. If that doesn't solve it, then I'm afraid you will likely need to replace the lock.
