You do not need the Mopar Flat Towing Wiring Kit 68321424AB for your 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, as it is only needed for the 2014-2018 Jeep Cherokee.

You will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tow bar wiring, and a supplemental braking system. If you do not already have one my recommendations are as follows:

Base plate kit: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521440-5

Tow bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522

Safety Cables and Tow bar wiring: RoadMaster Falcon 2 and Falcon All-Terrain Combo Towing Kit with Straight Wiring # RM-9243-1

Supplemental braking system: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR

You may also need a high-low adapter to level your tow bar to your tow vehicle so I included a link to a helpful article that goes over how to measure for the correct adapter, and a link to all of our high-low adapters for you to take a look at.
