The Optronics # STL201RFMB LED trailer taillight you'd looked at is compatible with 12V systems only.
For a 24V round surface mount submersible taillight, I'd recommend # STL90R24B. These taillights offer the stop/turn/taillight function, but not reverse lamps.
We have a 7-1/2 x 3-1/4 inch oblong LED lamp, part # STL211XRFHB that is submersible, is a surface mount lamp and offers the stop/turn/running and reverse lamps. The lamp will work with 12 or 24V DC.
