Can I use this Power Converter to operate a 13-amp 12VDC pump?

The Go Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger # 34266168 will charge your RV battery and also convert and output continuous 12V loads when hooked up to shore power which is going to allow you to run your 13amp 12VDC pump.
