Iv tried two other Dolly’s. Will this one work for a 2008 Volvo C70 low profile tire?

As long as the low profile tires on your 2008 Volvo C70 are less than 30" tall and less than 11" wide then your vehicle will fit just fine on the Roadmaster Tow Dolly with Electric Brakes - 4,250 lbs # RM-2050-1 perfectly.

The # RM-2050-1 fits vehicles with a track width of up to 77" and up to 4250lbs. Your C70 has a track width of just over 61" and a curb weight of 3627 so it will fit perfectly in that regard.
