I ordered one of these racks in sept. 2020 for my 2 e-bikes now I just got a fat tire e-bike and need one new cradle for the new bike can I purchase that

The Hollywood Racks RV Rider, part # HLY64FR, is the upgraded version of the older one. This one (HR1700 by Hollywood Racks' part number) has wheel holders that can accept fat tire bikes.

The one that you have (HR1600 by Hollywood Racks' part number) was only compatible with tires up to 3".

In order for you to use your new fat tire bike, you will need the two Universal Wheel Holders. For the right, it is part # HR69FR. For the left, it is part # HR49FR. They hold tires up to 5" wide. I've linked to video reviews of both of them below.
