Hi, everyone. Today we're taking a look at the replacement wheel holders for your Hollywood Racks Sport Riders for electric bikes here at etrailer. It happens, wear and tear, you're using your bike rack, you're in adventures, and you may need a replacement part. Well, you've come to right spot. We wanna make sure that you first get the correct replacement part for you. So there's different Hollywood Racks Sport Rider bike racks.
This is the electric bike version. There's also different wheel holders. This is the right one. This is the right one. This is the left one.
And this is the left one. So depending on your bike rack, get the right replacement for you. We also sell the wheel holders in a set of two in case you need both the right and the left replace. We also have smaller items. So if it's only the strap assembly that needs to be replaced, we got that too.
The first thing you need to do in order to replace your wheel holder is to find this screw at the end of the bike rack. So go ahead, use your Phillips screwdriver to loosen that bolt. Once that is removed, you can then loosen your wheel holder or your cradle. So once that's loose by twisting this knob here, just slide that out of the bike rack. If you're replacing your right cradle, you will have to take the left one off first before you can gain access to your right one.
And then you get your new wheel holder, make sure that knob is loose, and then just slide it through the bike rack to your desired position, tighten that back down, put the screw back in, and just like that, you replaced your wheel holders. Since these are direct replacements, the replacement process is super simple, super easy. Really, the trickiest part about all this is just getting the right part for you. So whether it's the right wheel holder, the left one, both, your smaller straps, your anti-rattle, or your hitch pin, or your locks, you can find all those here at etrailer. The part was a perfect fit to my Hollywood bike rack and my fat tire bike. I especially like the new quick strap instead of Velcro straps at the wheels.
Initially, Etrailer sent me a misnamed wheel holder. I called, and they were incredibly quick with their response. They told me to hang onto what they originally sent me, and then resent the correct wheel holder. I then matched my order and returned the mismatched item at no cost.
