I am looking for the round rubber bumpers for Lippert systems flip down storage rack part #353256.

Regarding the Lippert # LC243621 bike rack parts, I reached out to my contact at Lippert for you and found out that they do not sell the rubber bumper stop separately, however she was able to give me the dimensions of 2-1/2" in diameter on the outside and 1" tall.

With that I searched our inventory and found a JR Products # 37210715 bumper stop with the same dimensions for a drop down ramp gate. Since it is for a gate I would suspect that it is pretty heavy duty. I have attached a review video.
