2017 f250 towing a 30foot grand design imagine camper on a fastway e series hd 2 1/2inch ball mount which i purchased from you last year 42-00-2825. There is considerable rattle and i would like some expert advise on what the best solutions might be for calming this down.

To tame the rattling noise you are experiencing with the Flash E Series HD Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2-1/2" Hitch - 8" Drop, 8" Rise - 18K # FA42-00-2825 in your 2017 Ford F-250 I recommend the Blue Ox Hitch Receiver Immobilizer II - 2-1/2" Hitches # BX88225.
This will keep the ball mount from rattling in the hitch, but there is not a way to get rid of the movement between the shank of the ball mount and the 2 ball platform.
