I may have a solution for you, but the Gen-Y # GY96FR ramps only come as wide as 15". There is not a ramp with a similar 6,000-lbs total (combined) but you could get a wider ramp with the Loading Ramp Set - Aluminum - 65" Long x 20-1/2" Wide - 3,000 lbs - Qty 2 # 288-07489, which is 20-1/2" wide. The only downside to going this route is that these ramps only have a 3k capacity (combined).
There is a 15" wide Gen-Y ramp set with the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramp Set - 96" Long x 15" Wide - 10,000 lbs # 325-GH-R96
