i need to know the part number for the rail kit to install a Reese 16k roller hitch in a 2004 ford f 350 long bed. thanks

For your 2004 Ford F-350 you can use Reese installation kit # RP56005-53. You mentioned a Reese 16K roller # RP30051. Since you have a long bed truck you will not need a roller or slider hitch. If you already have it then you can of course still use it. But if you have not yet purchased a hitch you can go with the fixed version, # RP30047.
