The CE Smith Offset Spare Trailer Tire Carrier part # CE27310G could certainly be mounted to a wall if the proper supports and hardware were used to support its weight. That said, a better option actually designed to be mounted to a wall is the Rack'em Spare Tire Rack for Enclosed Trailers part # RA-16.
Please note, if installing on exterior wall on aluminum trailer steps will need to be taken to prevent galvanic corrosion.
