How Many Locking Lug Nuts are Recommended Per Trailer Wheel
Updated 04/11/2013 | Published 03/20/2013 >
Question:
Would you place two of these on each wheel or if you have four tires on your trailer use one per each wheel and buy two sets?

One locking lug nut per wheel would be the most efficient way to do it. These are sold in pairs because each axle has two wheels (one per wheel).
If a thief was willing to dedicate the time to defeat one locking lugnut, a second one would not make a big enough difference to convince them to stop, so it would be a bit of waste to have 2 per wheel.

Thanks Jameson - appreciate your response and video message. etrailer.com should be voted one of the best online retailer around. Nice work. BTW, I decided to also order some additional locks for the coupler, etc. for extra protection. I know a thief will steal it if they want to, but I will laugh when I see all the work they had to go through at least.
