Will the lug nuts AM26NR have swelling problems like the stock ones on my 2020 Pinnacle 32RLTS.

More than likely the stock lug nuts on your 2020 Pinnacle 32RLTS are a 2-piece design. The 2-piece design is susceptible to swelling when moisture infiltrates the space between the cap and the actual steel lug nut securing the wheel to the vehicle.
The Americana Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # AM26NR is also a 2-piece design and would also be subject to the same swelling problems.
To avoid this problem, you would want to go with a single piece construction like the CE Smith Trailer Wheel Lug Nut # CE16720.
