Will the Kuat Bike Hitch Lock work with the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4inch and 2inch Hitches - Frame Mount? I have the Hollywood rack on my Tesla Model Y. I would like to have a threaded hitch pin with a side-facing lock.

I have another option for you, but the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer Bike Racks - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HLT you mentioned will not work with the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HR200Z as the lock has a different thread pitch than what Hollywood Racks uses.
Instead you will need the Hollywood Racks Threaded Hitch Lock for 2" Hitches # HRLHPT or Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks Commuter, Traveler, Sport Rider Bike Racks # HRLHPTC instead.
