My Fulton XLT 1401 Winch needs replaced. What winch do you recommend I replace it with?

To replace your old Fulton XLT1401 Trailer Winch I recommend using the Fulton F2 Fully Enclosed Trailer Winch part # FW20000301. This winch has a bit higher weight capacity than the XLT1401, so it's going to put less stress on the winch and make it last longer; at the end of the day, it's actually a bit of an upgrade.
