i need parts for a fulton xlt 1401 winch ratchet pawl spring ii also need a washer i seen a diagram it was number 2 on there

You will need a new Winch # F99CR as your current Fulton XLT1401 is obsolete and the parts for it have been discontinued. This Winch # F99CR is rated slightly higher at 1,500lbs and comes with a 20' strap.
