We currently have a RBW Lil Rocker fifth Wheel Hitch system. As we recently purchased a new bigger 5th wheel trailer, we are interested in purchasing a new hitch, and have been looking at the above BandW patriot. We would like to know if the BandW Patriot will fit on our existing rails in our long bed Dodge 3500 ram diesel 4 wheel drive truck that already has the rail kit from the RBW Lil rocker hitch?

The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Dual Jaws at 18,000 lbs. # BWRVK3255, is a great choice. Assuming that your current hitch is mounted to industry-standard, above-bed base rails, this will attach right to your existing rails without issue. Otherwise you will need either the B&W Semi-Custom 5th Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram, # BWRVR3202-00 or B&W Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails, # BWRVK2600. I recommend going with the Custom option # BWRVK2600 since it will be a little easier to install.
