Troubleshooting Hughes Power Watchdog that Loses Connection Once App is Closed

Question:
Just rcvd, my smart rv surge protector +epo. Hooked up all is fine except I keep getting device not for. If I Uninstaller and reinstall the app it finds the unit just fine. If I close the app or change screens on my phone I have to reinstall the app all over again.

Sounds like when you leave the app it's losing the Bluetooth connection to the Power Watchdog # HU87FR which is not reestablishing itself once you reopen it. I'd try opening the Bluetooth connections on your phone and making sure it's paired to the unit and try connecting again at that point.
