Can you link the correct frame mounted receiver hitch that I should get for this trailer, either bolt on or welded https://northwoodmfg.com/5th-wheels/fox-mountain/fox-mountain-235rls-2/?

As long as the distance between the two side to side frame stanchions on your Northwoods trailer is no more than 51" then the Curt # C13701 you were looking at will work. This hitch will work on Box frame, C-Channel frame, or I-Beam frames.
If you need something to cover a larger distance, the # 13703 will work on box frame, C-channel frame, or I-beam frames up to 72" apart.
