B&W Companion Fitment in Puck System, Tension Adjustment

Question:
I just purchased this system for my 2021 GMC Sierra 3500. After adjusting the puck locking system handles there is still slack in the system when starting or stopping. Is there anything to do for this?

You need to adjust the tension on your B&W Companion, # BWRVK3715. This done by adjusting the castle nuts, please view the attached installation video.
