Will The RockyMounts MonoRail Solo Bike Rack Fit A Subaru Forester With 1-1/4" Hitch Receiver?

My Cannondale Tespro Neo X3 e-bike has a front fender. I am looking at purchasing the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo 1 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount. I read that this particular rack hooks onto the front tire and if there is a fender, the rack may not work. Is this true? If so, can you recommend another hitch single rack that would work with a bike with a front fender.

It sounds like you have a 1-1/4" hitch receiver on your 2016 Subaru Forester since the only other option would be a 2" hitch receiver. Either way, the RockyMounts MonoRail Solo 1 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # RKY10007 will work well since it is compatible with both size receivers. This is a really nice bike rack that has integrated locks for the bike and the bike rack so that your belongings will be safe and secured. I attached a demonstration video that shows it being used on a Subaru Forester.
