Replacement Parts for BAL 4.4 Leveling System

Question:

I have a BAL 4 point leveling system. One of my rear jacks stopped working. I found the metal piece which I will call a coupling between the motor and landing gear was broken. The motor works fine, I was able to manually lower the landing gear with a ratchet. I need the part between the motor and the landing gear, can you sell it to me? My camper is a 2019 Arctic Wolf 245RK4.

We do not offer BAL products or replacement parts for their systems. What I can offer is a new leveling system such as the Lippert # LC675817 "Ground Control 3" that you referenced. If you would like to let me know the length and weight of your trailer along with the number (4 or 6) jacks that you need, I could make a more specific recommendation.

I don't know if one breaking is a sign that others might not be far behind, but it is something to consider.
