Hey Stan,
I did a little digging and it looks like the Glo-Brite 122 style red and yellow lights and lenses are no longer made or available. I found a few folks who ran into the same issue as you and had to replace their lights with new lights that were similar in design. The closest light we have to that old Glo-Brite model is the Optronics Clearance Lights # MCL32RB if you want LED or # MC32RB if you want incandescent.
These lights are only about 1/4 of an inch taller than your original lights and the corners are a little more squared off, but they are still round.
The incandescent light will look a little closer to the factory lights if you didn't want to replace all of your clearance lights.
I wish I had an exact replacement for you, but other than trying to find some off of a scraped motorhome, this will be your best route. Let me know what you think about this option and if you have any concerns about this recommendation.
