So I like the price but, if Im reading correctly mounting hardware, wiring harness etc.are extra cost?

That is correct. The Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards - 70" # AA3025165 just come with the boards alone. However, we do have the 70 inch Aries ActionTrac Motorized Running Boards with Custom Installation Kit # AA3036570 that comes with all the installation materials required specifically for your 2012 Jeep Wrangler.
