Yes. Timbren Axle-Less Suspension systems like the # ASR35HDS05 have a thick powder coating on them, so they could be used on a boat trailer that gets submersed into salt water and do just fine. The spindle uses # 15123 outer and # 25580 inner bearings and you'll want to use hubs with either a dacromet plating or a galvanized finish.
The hubs I recommend would be the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 6,000-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 - Galvanized # 8-201-51UC3 which would work well for wheels that have a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. If you just need hubs and don't plan to add brakes then the # 8-213-51UC1-EZ would work well.
