Is Saris Freedom Bike Rack a Good Option For Trek Verve 2 Lowstep With Fenders

Question:

Bike rack for trek verve 2 low step with fenders. I see the SA4412B rack would be best for this bike. I have read reviews and watched video. I have a Nissan Rouge 2016 with 2 inch hitch. I really only need the rack for ONE bike if possible. Thanks
