If your 2001 Chevy Suburban 2500 came with a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector then you can use brake controller wiring harness # 3025-P with the P2 controller # 90885. There may be some additional connections you will need to make under the hood to make everything fully functional. I have included a link to an FAQ article that will help.
If your Suburban did not come with the factory 7-Way you will need to add one using # 30955. The connector to plug this 7-Way into is located above the spare tire under the vehicle.
