Question:
I have a 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 265BH. I want to replace the OEM Lippert I believe steps with TorkLift Glowstep. I measure the box that the current steps are in and it is 27. Which steps should I order? Many thanks!

Expert Reply:
Since you have the 27" wide entryway, the only additional thing we need to know is the "Entry Height." The attached photo will show you how to measure from the top mounting point to the ground. From there use the attached chart. For instance if your entry height was 38" high, then you would use # TLA8004.
Watch this though: If your entry height was 36" then you could use # TLA8004 or # TLA8003. The steps for taller entryways will extend out further. The steps for shorter entryways will not extend out as far so they will be slightly steeper. Either way will work – it is just your preference.
